Dear friends of YogaLab:
After nearly six years of offering a unique and wonderful yoga space in NE Mpls, YogaLab is changing. From our beginning, we have been dedicated to providing a full schedule featuring a variety of high-quality yoga classes, and we have loved and appreciated our experiences with you so much. Biggest respect to the AMAZING TEACHERS who have selflessly contributed their time and energy over the years, and to the wonderful members of our community (that's YOU!) who have made YogaLab so special. As of the summer of 2015, we will no longer be offering the full schedule of classes; however, Lisa is still teaching her regular Tuesday 6pm classes and you are as always welcome to join us.
Thanks to everybody for the wonderful experiences! Be sure to check out some of the other studios that have popped up in the neighborhood- there are some great options out there!

YogaLab is unique. We are a community-based yoga project with a mission: to provide a relaxed, comfortable environment in which to practice, and an affordable option for quality yoga classes. We offer several drop-in Hatha/Vinyasa classes each week at our beautiful studio in Northeast Minneapolis.
At every YogaLab class, you can expect three things: to feel welcome, a challenging and rewarding yoga session, and to leave the studio feeling better than you did when you walked in. We welcome people from all levels of experience and ability, and we would love to have you join us for practice.
