Tuesday yoga sabbatical: We are currently on hiatus through the end of 2017 and into January.  Be sure to check our Facebook page for updates.  

YogaLab is unique.  We are a community-based yoga project with a mission: to provide a relaxed, comfortable environment in which to practice, and an affordable option for quality yoga classes.  For several years, we offered a variety of weekly classes at our one-of-a-kind studio in Northeast Minneapolis, serving as the premier community studio in Northeast.  As the yoga community has grown and changed, so has our studio: we currently offer one weekly drop-in class on Tuesdays at 6pm.  The focus of this class is inclusion, simplicity, and positivity, as well as a quiet retreat from the noisy demands of life.  

At every YogaLab class, you can expect three things: to feel welcome, a challenging and rewarding yoga session, and to leave the studio feeling better than you did when you walked in.  We welcome people from all levels of experience and ability, and we would love to have you join us for practice.
